Dr. Robert Holland
In private practice since 1992, Robert D. Holland, Jr., DMD, received his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Francis Marion University in 1985. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine with honors in 1989 at the Medical University of South Carolina's College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Holland continued with his studies and training to complete graduate school in the specialty of Prosthodontics at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas, in 1992.
As an accredited prosthodontist with over twenty years of clinical experience, Dr. Holland provides patients with a full range of specialized dental treatments. He is also responsible for the diagnosis, treatment planning, rehabilitation, and maintenance of patients with complex clinical conditions.
Dr. Holland served as a deputy for the South Carolina State Board of Dentistry, for which he administered the Dental Specialty License Examination in Prosthodontics. Additionally, he is a proud member of the following organizations:

Monika Stachura
Dental Hygienist
Monika Stachura is our brilliant dental hygienist. She graduated in New Jersey from The Bergen Community College Dental Hygiene program in 2016 with an Associate in Science and an Associate in Dental Hygiene.
Her gentle touch and thorough record-keeping have been most welcomed by our patients. In addition to providing valuable healthcare services, she also enjoys establishing long-term relationships with them. Monika was born and raised in Poland. She came to the United States in 2002 with no family by her side and without knowing any English. In 2020, Monika moved to South Carolina.
Monika enjoys spending free time with her husband and two kids, who keep her happy and busy outside work hours! She also loves the outdoors, being in contact with nature and hiking with the people she loves. She craves adventure, knowledge, new experiences, and balance.
Erika Quistorff
Expanded Duty Dental Assistant
Erika Quistorff is our hard-working Expanded Duty Dental Assistant. She is an Iowa native and has been with Dr. Holland since January 2022. Erika graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor’s degree in public health and Hawkeye Community College with her certified dental assisting certification and QDA. She loves talking with patients and educating them on their dental needs. She believes that everyone deserves a beautiful smile.
Outside of work, Erika enjoys exploring the beauties of South Carolina with her boyfriend, Joe and dog, Wilbur.
Sophie Moss
Front Desk Coordinator
Sophie Moss is our glowing front desk coordinator. She has been excelling in the dental field since 2020 and shares a passion for helping everyone achieve a beautiful smile. She is originally from across the pond, born in a town called Harrogate in the UK but has been living in the South for over 16 years. Sophie enjoys spending time with her partner and fur-family, eating new cuisine, and is always looking for her next new destination to explore.
Colleen Wilson
Treatment Planner
Colleen Wilson is our excellent treatment planner. She is a native of West Columbia who has been in the dental field for over 25 years. Providing exceptional care to our patients is her top priority and she loves talking to our patients and hearing their stories!
Colleen is married and has two grown children and her first grandchild. She enjoys time with her friends, family, enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and yoga.
Dr. Holland is phenomenal! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was a priority. They listened to my issues and we came up with a solution- the result was life changing! Dr. Holland and his staff have made me feel more confident and I would not hesitate in referring anyone to see them!
