This patient came to us with lower teeth that were failing and an ill-fitting upper denture. Patient’s main goal was to restore his mouth back to a functional state and enjoy smiling again. With a treatment plan of extractions, implant placement, fixed lower teeth and a new upper denture – patient has his smile back and his confidence!
